Thank you for using KED Global.

We are continuously working on improvements to provide better services, and we have decided to revise the related terms and policies as follows to build a safer and more reliable service environment.

• For the smooth and stable provision of services, the Company transfers, entrusts, and processes relevant personal information overseas as follows, pursuant to Article 28-8(1)(3) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
• If you refuse the overseas transfer of personal information while using the service, your use of the service may be restricted. If you do not wish your personal information to be transferred overseas, you may withdraw your membership or submit a request through our Support Center.

The Company also utilizes the cloud services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. to ensure smooth and stable service delivery. Accordingly, personal information may be transferred overseas as follows:

• Recipient of the information: Cloudflare, Inc.

• Contact information: support@cloudflare.com

• Destination country: United States and countries where Cloudflare’s global network is located

• Personal information transferred: Among the items specified in “2. Categories and Methods of Personal Information Collection”, personal information transmitted through the Cloudflare network

• Purpose of use: Web traffic transmission, data routing optimization, web security services, and data storage and processing necessary for service operation

• Time and method of transfer: Transferred via network when accessing the service, processing requests, or storing data

• Retention and use period: As specified in “2. Categories and Methods of Personal Information Collection”

The Company also utilizes the cloud services provided by Google Cloud Platform to ensure smooth and stable service delivery. Accordingly, personal information may be transferred overseas as follows:

• Recipient of the information: Google LLC

• Contact information: googlekrsupport@google.com

• Destination country: United States

• Personal information transferred: Among the items specified in “2. Categories and Methods of Personal Information Collection”, information stored or processed through Google Cloud Platform

• Purpose of use: Service hosting, server operation, and data storage and processing

• Time and method of transfer: Transferred remotely via network upon completion of membership registration or as needed in the course of business

• Retention and use period: As specified in “2. Categories and Methods of Personal Information Collection”

The Company also utilizes the cloud services provided by DigitalOcean, LLC to ensure smooth and stable service delivery. Accordingly, personal information may be transferred overseas as follows:

• Recipient of the information: DigitalOcean, LLC.

• Contact information: privacy@digitalocean.com

• Destination country: United States

• Personal information transferred: Among the items specified in “2. Categories and Methods of Personal Information Collection”, information stored or processed through DigitalOcean

• Purpose of use: Service hosting, server operation, and data storage and processing

• Time and method of transfer: Transferred remotely via network upon completion of membership registration or as needed in the course of business

• Retention and use period: As specified in “2. Categories and Methods of Personal Information Collection”

The Company also utilizes the cloud services provided by Neon, LLC to ensure smooth and stable service delivery. Accordingly, personal information may be transferred overseas as follows:

• Recipient of the information: Neon, LLC

• Destination country: United States

• Personal information transferred: Among the items specified in “2. Categories and Methods of Personal Information Collection”, information stored or processed in the Neon database

• Purpose of use: Data storage and management for service provision

• Time and method of transfer: Transferred remotely via network upon completion of membership registration or as needed in the course of business

• Retention and use period: As specified in “2. Categories and Methods of Personal Information Collection”

Inquiries and Withdrawal of Consent:

If you do not agree with these revisions, you may withdraw your membership or raise objections through our customer service center. If no separate objection is raised before the effective date, it will be considered that you have agreed to the terms revision, and the revised terms of use will be applied from the effective date.
